• Responsible for Palm Store game localization and distribution efficiency.
• Mining and discovering hot local games based on market trends, making popular recommendations and topic operations
• Local game check, test and evaluation.
• Plan and execute game local events, according to local festivals and hot news.
• Plan and execute users survey meetings and make a survey report and support for localization and operation.
• Build and maintain some game fans groups and social media accounts and communicate with fans.
• Collect some user suggestions for localization support.
• Test the new functions of the platform when they are launched overseas and provide optimization suggestions.
• Communicate with Shanghai team and develop Nigeria game operation strategy.
• Support the BD team and make connections with local developers.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in game operations, digital marketing, community management, or related industries (3 years minimum).
• Strong understanding of mobile and online gaming trends in Nigeria.
• Ability to analyze market data, evaluate games, and identify opportunities for localization.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-border teams (especially China/Shanghai).
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
• Creativity in event planning, problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and passion for games.
