Senior Microbiologist at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain adequate knowledge on various tests methods for microbiological analysis and processes
• Sample aseptically and perform microbial analysis on all raw material/ packaging materials
• Perform tests on component samples, identify any contamination
• Identify microorganism using physiological and morphological characteristics
• Develop testing processes raw materials and equipment and monitor all finished products.
• investigate all issues and prevent any cGMP problems on products and processes within the facility.

QUALIFICATION

• First Degree or MSc (HND/BSc in Microbiology)

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum of 3+ years cognate experience in QC Laboratory Analysis in Pharma
• Validation and calibration of equipment
• Qualification of water processes, BET Testing
• Qualification of environment
• Process validation, antibiotics microbial testing
