We Are Looking For An Experienced Senior Manager, Sales  and Operations to Ensure Our Sales Operation Function Properly. You Are to Carry out Transactional and Enterprising Sales Activities, Negotiate Tender and Contract Terms to meet Client and Company Need, streamlined And Optimize the Business Processes, Perform Sales Forecasting, Lead A Team Of Professionals And Serve As the Face Of The Organization To Its New And Existing Clients.

Job Description

• Overseeing Day To Day Sales Operations Functions of the Business and Reports Directly To the Managing Director.
• Have a Thorough Understanding of Products, Conduct Market and Industry Survey And Identify New Business Areas and Source For New Prospects While Maintaining Existing Ones.
• Maintain Regular Check-Ins With Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives And Others Who Contribute To Opportunity Development To Determine How Sales Opportunities Are Tracking Against Plan And Identify Any Problems For Internal Review And Problem Solving.
• Developing New And Existing Sales Areas and  Ensure That Target / Milestones Are Achieved Within Allocated Time
•  Leading The Team And Putting Into Action Strategic Plan That Is Customer Centric And Business Development Oriented
• Provide Strategic Leadership  And Assist With On-Boarding And Training New Sales Talents
• Conduct Both Transactional And Enterprising Sales Function And Create Plan To Enhance Renewals And Cross Selling Across All Products

Qualification / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required - Technical Or Business-Related Field Preferred.
• 3-5 Years Of Work Experience In Sales Operation and Managerial Role
• Expert With Proficiency In Creating Reports, Optimizing Processes, Training New Hires and Managing Dashboards
• You Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Meeting And Exceeding Organizational Targets Achieving Ambitious Goals And Driving Significant Impact
• Must Have A Good Customer Relationship And Client Engagement and Retention Skill
• Strong , Analytical Managerial, Communication And Leadership Skill
• Advanced Microsoft Skills – Ms Word, Excel and With A Strong Understanding of Email Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategies.
