    Senior Manager (Business Development/Sales EdTech)

    Fliplearnkids is an EdTech startup with a mission to redefine learning for kids and content delivery for educators via technology in the classroom.
    We are looking for an individual with start-up experience, eDTech, business development, and sale for the role of a Senior Manager.

    Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

    • -Drive business partnerships and collaborations locally and internationally.
    • Own and grow the sales and revenue for B2C and B2B with the responsibility of getting relevant End users /customers onboarded.
    • Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations to attain accelerated growth.
    • Research ways to penetrate new markets
    • Identify and build partnerships with non-profits, social entrepreneurs, technology companies with expertise and capabilities in building and scaling EdTech innovations.
    • Support and Manage the existing EdTech portfolio to grow and be more impactful through continuous strategic support.
    • Develop and implement strategies to create better demand for Fliplearnkids products and services.

    What are we looking for?
    6-8 years of sales experience in B2C and B2B in the EdTech Industry or similar industry with management experience.
    -Relevant Degree Qualification

    • Sales proficiency with a track record of outstanding sales achievements Excellent communication and team management skills
    • High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
    • Start-up Exposure is preferred
