Job Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
• Operations Oversight: Manage all air and sea cargo processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to drive performance and collaboration.
• Client Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service and issue resolution.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee departmental budgeting and negotiate with vendors for the best value.
• Technology & Innovation: Leverage logistics tech tools to improve tracking, reporting, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in logistics or banking sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, and international shipping regulations
• Leadership, negotiation, and process improvement skills
• Familiarity with logistics technologies and systems
