  • We didn't just build the world's largest autonomous network, we're transforming what's possible with on-demand delivery.

    Senior Logistics Analyst

    About You & The Role

    • Zipline uses autonomous aircraft and a national logistics network to help make vital medical supplies available when and where they are needed. In Nigeria, reliable import, storage, and replenishment of finished goods, aircraft and ground-equipment spares, and production materials directly supports uninterrupted operations.
    • You will own Nigeria logistics as a country-level operating function, from international inbound freight and customs clearance through warehousing, inventory control, and delivery to Zipline sites. You will set the plan, make practical tradeoffs, manage partners, surface risks early, and close the loop with global and in-country teams.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own end-to-end Nigeria logistics for finished goods, aircraft and ground-equipment spares, and production materials from origin through receipt at Zipline sites.
    • Build shipment plans covering routing, consolidation, port or airport handoffs, inland transport, delivery appointments, and receipt confirmation.
    • Lead import enablement and customs execution, including approvals, exemptions, licenses, permits, renewals, documentation, and resolution with brokers and authorities.
    • Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, transporters, and warehouse partners against service, cost, and compliance expectations.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy across Nigeria storage locations through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, stock monitoring, replenishment visibility, and transaction controls.
    • Establish and improve operating procedures for inbound transport, customs, warehousing, inventory, and emergency or expedited shipments.
    • Report logistics health through on-time delivery, customs-clearance lead time, inventory accuracy, landed cost, and partner-service KPIs; bring risks, options, and recommendations to leadership.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 10+ years of progressively responsible logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with equivalent hands-on experience considered.
    • Direct experience with international inbound freight, customs clearance, inland transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory controls in Nigeria or a similarly complex environment.
    • Experience owning an operating area end to end with limited oversight, including prioritization, tradeoffs, issue anticipation, and delivery through external partners.
    • Ability to analyze shipment, inventory, vendor, and cost data and turn findings into clear decisions, action plans, or escalations.
    • Experience building SOPs, dashboards, controls, or operating rhythms that improve execution and reliability.
    • Commercial judgment and clear communication with carriers, brokers, forwarders, transporters, warehouse providers, senior stakeholders, and government-facing counterparts.
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and persistence in a regulated, ambiguous environment; fluent English and able to work from Lagos with domestic Nigeria and occasional overseas travel.
