Role Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Associate.
• As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with litigation cases.
• The ideal candidate must be an excellent litigator with a deep understanding of court procedures and ADR methods.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in handling motions, depositions, and court proceedings
• Strong research skills in legal matters
• Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations
• At least 7 years experience in Litigation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Ability to handle a team
• Strong expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration.
