Senior Lecturer - Biomedical Engineering at Lead City University

Requirements

• The candidate must possess a good First Degree, not below second class lower division, from a reputable University and a Master's and PhD degree (or MBBS plus PhD/Fellowship) in the appropriate discipline.
• The candidate must have spent at least 3 years as Lecturer I in a recognised University.
• The candidate must have published at least fifteen articles in reputable local and international outlets acceptable to Lead City University, Ibadan of which at least 30% must be offshore; the candidate should be a lead author in about 30% of the publications.
• The candidate should have demonstrated good teamwork and leadership skills in the university system.
• The candidate  must have good Citations, H-index and i10-index in Google Scholar, Research gate and Scopus.
• Candidates with verifiable records of having won research grants as Principal Investigator or Co- Investigator will stand at an advantage.
• A quantum of relevant experience in an IT-driven environment is essential.

• The condition of service is highly attractive. Salary entry points on the CONUASS / CONTISS scales are above what is generally applicable in Federal universities and can also be negotiated.
