Lead and manage the operations team, overseeing work assignments and performance evaluations of team members.
Ensure stable operation of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases, monitor system performance, and promptly address issues and incidents.
Develop and execute contingency plans to swiftly restore normal operations during system failures or network interruptions.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring systems meet business requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks and enhance work efficiency.
Manage security policies, ensure system and data security, monitor potential security risks, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
Participate in formulating IT infrastructure development strategies, evaluating the feasibility of new technologies and solutions, and providing recommendations.
Continuously improve and optimize operations processes, ensuring the best work efficiency and resource utilization.
Provide emergency support, assist in resolving critical issues, and offer technical guidance and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system operations and management, with a preference for those with team management experience.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems, possessing strong skills in Shell scripting.
Familiarity with network architecture and security, experience in setting up VPNs, network packet capturing, and expertise in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware, Docker, and the ability to maintain K8S clusters.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, familiarity with deployment workflows and standards to effectively avoid release failures.
Basic programming skills, preferably in languages like Python, Java, or other scripting languages.
Effective communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
