Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager for a 3 months secondment contract role in Abuja. This strategic role will support the HR initiatives, drive organizational development, and ensure alignment with the client's goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the client's organizational objectives
• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations as requested
• Partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives 
• Provide strategic HR support to the leadership team
• Drive Stakeholder engagements and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive HR management roles
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong leadership skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS software, HR analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in senior stakeholder engagement, change management and organizational development
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with HR operations in public sector preferred
