Job Summary: 

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business decisions.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely submission of budget inputs.
• Monitor budget adherence and provide variance analysis to management.

Strategic Planning:

• Support the development of long-term strategic plans and financial projections.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial strategy and performance.

Cost Management:

• Analyze and report on cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and track key financial metrics, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Work with operational teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.

Investment Analysis:

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and perform financial due diligence.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Assess the financial viability and return on investment of new projects and initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Support internal and external audit processes as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to provide financial insights and support.
• Communicate financial results and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
• Act as a financial advisor to department heads and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior management.
