Who We\'re Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial health. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, including internal management accounts across group companies, reconciling expenses, tracking and reporting revenue, and handling multi-currency financial operations. Given our operations across various countries, FX exposure is essential to manage income and losses effectively.

Candidates with experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial services firms are highly desirable. An ICAN or ACA qualification is a strong plus, as we require a chartered accountant for this role

What You\'ll Do

• Maintain and update financial records across multiple company accounts within the group.
• Prepare internal management accounts, financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile expenses, track revenue, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in financial forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Support audits and regulatory financial reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ICAN or ACA certification (or equivalent), demonstrating chartered status.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in fintech, banking, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, multi-entity accounting, and FX management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country fintech environment.
