This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.
Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
ACCA/ ICAN qualification is an additional advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' progressive finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
Demonstrated ability to own financial processes, solve complex problems, and influence business decisions.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
