We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Field Support Engineer who will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support in the field, leading complex troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of systems and equipment. The role combines hands-on service delivery with leadership, customer engagement, and mentoring responsibilities to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain technical equipment, systems, and networks.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime.
Lead troubleshooting for escalated cases and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Plan and coordinate field activities in line with safety and quality standards.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing training and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records.
Conduct site assessments and recommend system upgrades or improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years’ field engineering or technical support experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of technical systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
