Senior Executive Operations at Curacel

Objective

• The Senior Executive Operations role is integral to Curacel’s growth and success. This individual will partner closely with the CEO to streamline operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of business goals. This position will evolve into a leadership role, with the opportunity to manage teams and become a strategic partner to the CEO as Curacel scales.
• The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership potential, with a keen focus on optimizing workflows, executing long-term plans, and supporting company-wide initiatives.

How You'll Help Us Achieve It
Oversee and Streamline Operational Processes

• Continuously assess and optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support scalable growth.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and execution.
• Develop and implement systems to streamline company-wide communication and collaboration, enhancing transparency and accountability.

Provide Strategic Support to the CEO

 Assist the CEO in executing company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are on track, and meeting deadlines. * Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making. * Help align operational goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that team priorities align with Curacel’s vision.

Manage Stakeholder Communication and Relationships

• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients, vendors, and partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Actively identify and manage risks, ensuring smooth operations and mitigating any disruptions.

Operational Strategy Development and Execution

• Assist in the creation of long-term operational strategies to help Curacel scale and achieve its business objectives.
• Lead and manage operational initiatives that support growth.
• Guide the company through operational change, ensuring the adoption of new systems and processes that improve efficiency.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage business intelligence tools to track operational performance, providing reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Identify key metrics to evaluate the success of operational strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-7 years of senior operations or management experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Leadership Potential: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, drive initiatives, and manage teams. Experience in leading operational functions or teams is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communicator with the ability to engage with internal teams, C-suite executives, and external partners.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to lead change and continuous improvement efforts.
• Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks to ensure effective and timely execution of company initiatives.
