Job Summary

• The Data Scientist will drive the strategic use of data to solve complex business problems, deliver industry specific innovative solutions, and guide clients through data-driven transformations.
• Acting as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, you will lead cross-functional teams on solution delivery, mentor junior scientists, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data science within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and objectives
• Translate business challenges into data science frameworks and actionable insights.
• Analyze raw data and translate business needs into data deliverables
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of data-driven consulting projects.
• Facilitate collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets to prepare for analysis.
• Facilitate development of predictive, machine learning and deep learning models, algorithms, and statistical analysis to address client-specific challenges.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with data Engineers, analysts, architects, software engineers on several projects
• Work with leadership and information security team to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and recommending improvements
• Deliver workshops, knowledge share, and training for internal and external customers

Requirements

• BSc or Equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• 4+ years working experience in data science with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Previous experience as Data Engineer/Analyst or similar is relevant 
• AZ900/ DP100/ AI100 /AI102 /DP600 /AWS Certified ML is an advantage
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Cloud Computing – Azure /AWS /Google, Databricks, SQL, Python, -Data Visualization tools, Big Data Technologies, Data Mining, Data Segmentation, Analytical skill
• Experience in IT consulting or working with enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
