We need a seasoned analyst who can transform raw data into actionable narratives that drive ROI. Your toolkit is SQL for scale, Python for power, and compelling storytelling for influence.

• Key outcomes in your first six months
• Stand up a consolidated metrics framework that gives leadership real‑time visibility across Operations, Marketing, Tech, and Finance
• Launch automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI that refresh from Python‑powered data pipelines
• Deliver at least three deep‑dive analyses uncovering one hundred thousand dollars or more in annual value

Core responsibilities

• Design robust ELT workflows in Python that extract, clean, and load data from Shopify, Stripe, Airtable, ClickUp, and internal SQL stores
• Model data into clean, reusable tables and surface them through intuitive dashboards executives actually read
• Run statistical analyses, build forecasting models, and prototype A B tests that separate signal from noise
• Translate complex findings into crisp business recommendations that frontline teams can act on immediately
• Champion data governance, documentation, and QA so every metric is trustworthy

Must‑have experience and skills

• Five plus years tackling advanced analytics problems in a high growth, data‑rich environment
• Expert command of SQL plus production‑grade Python for data manipulation, automation, and light machine learning
• Proven record of influencing senior decision makers with evidence‑backed insights
• Fluent written and spoken English with an instinct for persuasive framing
• Rigorous attention to detail and rock‑solid ethics with confidential information

Nice to bring

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
• Familiarity with dbt for data modelling best practice
• Domain expertise in travel, logistics, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
