Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Credit Officer at Lendha in Lagos. The Senior Credit Officer will be responsible for overseeing credit processes, managing credit risk, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Senior Credit Officer will lead a team of credit professionals and collaborate with other departments to optimize credit operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Microfinance institute
• Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline from accredited polytechnic or University with NYSC discharge certificate or NYSC Exclusion Letter.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Good relationship and communication skills with strong team spirit 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Good computer skills 
• Real motivation to work and grow in a performance based environment
• Taste for fieldwork
