Senior Commercial Litigation Associate at First Excelsia

Our client, a leading organization in the business and practice of Law is seeking to fill the role of a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate.

Your ability to be successful in this role will require your expertise in Corporate Law, Excellent communication skills, display of good team spirit, interpersonal skill, maturity, and professionalism, ability to secure and maintain new business, ability to develop excellent relationships with clients, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, ability to work with minimum supervision, attention to detail, display depth in research abilities and legal drafting, be able to accurately and effective deal with legal issues

Job Description:

• Conducting effective legal research and Preparation of Legal advisory without supervision
• Provide company secretarial services to assigned clients and provide effective support to Team Lead
• Interfacing with regulators and stakeholder engagements on behalf of clients
• Responsible for at least 2 of the 4 business units within the Unit
• Responsible for assigned client portfolio without supervision
• Responsible for coordination of the preparation and issuance of debit notes
• Responsible for managing and supervising of other associates within the team
• Support on business strategy and innovations
• Support on business strategy and innovations
• Prepare Proposals and Capability Statements

Person Specification:

• LLB, BL, (ICSA or ICSAN certification and active practice may increase chances)
• A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in law practice
