    Purpose of the Job

    • As a Senior CMT Executive, you will be playing a strategic role, driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationship

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute winning sales strategies, ensuring the CMT exceeds business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
    • Formulate and implement long-term sales plans to maximize market penetration and profitability.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
    • Cultivate a culture of high-performance within the CMT, driving results and exceeding customer expectations.

    • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and drive organic growth.
    • Lead the team in implementing e-Tools to improve customer interactions and sales efficiency.
    • Monitor overall team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance sales conversion rates and optimize profitability.
    • Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures on data security, HSSE compliance, and sustainability.
    • Oversee service delivery to customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.

    Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in related field
