    Senior Business Development Executive

    Specialization: EPCIM, Oil & Gas, OEM Sourcing & Engagement
    Location: Ikoyi Lagos 
    Department: Business Development 
    Reports To: Head of Business Development 

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across EPCIM projects, Oil & Gas services, and OEM sourcing & partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks, a deep understanding of project-based sales, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities while managing strategic OEM relationships.

    • OEM Sourcing & Strategic Engagement
    • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Tendering, Bids & Proposal Management
    • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Key Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
    • MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN, NSE) is an added advantage

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5–10 years experience in business development or commercial roles
    • Proven track record in EPCIM and Oil & Gas sectors
    • Hands-on experience in OEM sourcing, partnerships, or technical sales
    • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, procurement processes, and contract management

    Core Competencies

    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
    • Excellent understanding of EPCIM and Oil & Gas value chains
    • Technical and commercial acumen
    • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement
    • Proposal writing and tender management expertise
    • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Revenue growth and contract wins
    • Number and value of EPCIM/Oil & Gas deals closed
    • OEM partnerships established and maintained
    • Tender success rate (win ratio)
    • Client acquisition and retention rates
