    Senior Business Development Executive

    About the job

    Responsibilities

    • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by EBS.
    • Formulate, implement the required strategy for product and service readiness before go-live, and recommendation to management on key strategies for successful launch for all EBS products and services.
    • Customer Service Delivery; direct customer contact, driving continuous improvement of productivity.
    • Maintain Operational relationships within the Organization and provide timely solutions or escalating issues identified are handled and resolved in a timely manner where support has been requested.
    • Lead propositions, Marketing and Sales and new business account sign-ups are integral aspects of this role.
    • Applying business/technical support concepts to analyse application problems and make appropriate escalations for resolution.
    • Developing and executing plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business goals
    • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
    • Identifying new revenue opportunities
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth/performance
    • Developing rapport with key decision makers/stakeholders’ management
    • Translating/Actioning proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
    • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
    • Developing, maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
    • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
    • Collaborating with management on business development goals
    • Prepare and demo presentations especially with prospective clients.
    • Provide end user support, reviewing clients' feedback, respond to queries, resolve and escalate issues where necessary.
    • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet performance goals.
    • Provide evening and weekend on-call support for All company’s Products and Services

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
    • Experience in managing and growing sales teams
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent Business writing, documentation and reporting skills
    • Strong presentation skills
