As a Senior BI Analyst at QuickCheck, your main duties include extracting, transforming, reporting, visualizing raw data and working across departments to collaborate on new initiatives to improve data management practices
Responsibilities
Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop BI solutions that meet business needs
Conduct accurate and insightful analysis to various business stakeholders
Preparing reports for top management that effectively communicates trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data, with a strong understanding of the business impact
Continuously monitor data management processes and identify areas for improvement
Update and maintain metadata (data dictionaries) across the business
Drive data quality management effort
Coach and provide guidance to other members of the team
Your Profile
5+ years experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
In-depth knowledge of data management pillars, best practices and standards
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of raw data, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
Technical writing skills
Ability to troubleshoot data and high attention to detail
Experience in the Credit Industry is a nice-to-have
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in leading a team or mentoring junior team members
