    Senior B2B Fintech Sales Representative (Remote)

    We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive with a proven background in the payments or financial services industry (FSI)—including banks, fintechs, or payment processing companies.

    The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with verifiable proof and credible references from past employers or clients within the relevant industry.

    You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, identifying high-potential opportunities, and converting prospects into loyal customers.

    Your primary objective is to achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, driving sustainable growth and contributing directly to the company’s revenue performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage a strong, qualified pipeline across key industry segments.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and prospects in the payments/FSI space.
    • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that align with company strategy.
    • Design and implement a comprehensive annual sales plan with defined goals and KPIs.
    • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track activities, optimize efforts, and accurately forecast performance.
    • Work closely with internal sales leadership and cross-functional teams to close strategic deals. 

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the payments, banking, or fintech sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets verifiable proof and references are required.
    • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services market.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
    • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Compensation Package:

    • Base Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 (commensurate with experience)
    • Commissions: Uncapped, performance-driven
