Senior Associate - IPT and Employment at Bradfield Consulting

Responsibilities

• Advice on contentious matters pertaining to infringement of intellectual property, crisis management procedures, anti-piracy, and anticounterfeit measures
• Review client policies, procedures and strategies, and identify deficiencies and areas of non-compliance
• Prepare legal opinions and advice on legal and commercial issues affecting the client’s business
• Review contracts and agreements in respect of MSE transactions
• Facilitate payment and collection of fees while making and maintaining industry contacts with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and called to the Nigerian Bar
• Master of Laws (LLM) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years experience in core Intellectual Property Technology and Employment
• Ability to work remotely
• A strong work ethic with a positive, ‘get-it-done’ attitude.
