Senior Associate

Role Description
- The senior associate will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal solutions, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities include advising clients on compliance, taxation, and governance, as well as building relationships with corporate and individual clients to address their legal needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law, Compliance, and Taxation
- Effective verbal and written communication, with client engagement expertise
- At least 4 years experience in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, and Contract Negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Familiarity with business practices and legal regulations in Nigeria and beyond
