Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate, Business Development & Strategy based in Abuja, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, conducting strategic market analysis, and building relationships with stakeholders and partners. Key tasks include preparing business proposals, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives. The role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can balance both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Identify Strategic Opportunities
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Insights Generation, and Financial Modeling
• Strong understanding of Strategy Development and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse environment
• Proficiency in business and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in the technology, consulting, or MSME-focused industries is a plus
