Job Summary

• Our client, a premium real estate development company in Maitama, Abuja, is seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the conception, design, and delivery of high-end residential and commercial developments.
• This role requires strong technical depth, aesthetic excellence, and the ability to translate vision into world-class built environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction
• Produce and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory, safety, and planning standards
• Oversee site implementation to ensure design integrity and quality
• Contribute to value engineering, innovation, and project optimization.

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture (MNIA/ARCON registration required)
• Minimum of 8–12 years post-qualification experience in real estate development
• Strong portfolio of executed residential/commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
