    Senior Analyst

    Job Profile

    • Workforce Group, on behalf of a client in the International Development space, seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Analyst to drive regional development initiatives.
    • You'll support the Head of Programmes in strategic program planning and execution, impacting socio-economic growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and execute the Commission’s programmes and projects.
    • Manage programme monitoring and evaluation for effective performance.
    • Coordinate yearly programme planning and result frameworks.
    • Facilitate partnerships with development partners and donors.
    • Provide technical support to project teams.
    • Conduct political economy and implementation risk analysis.
    • Prepare project execution briefs and grant proposals.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Ph.D./Master's in International Development, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
    • 5-8 years in program coordination or related roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian socio-economic and public sector landscape.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
    • Strong networking skills with donor agencies.
