Senior Accounts Executive at Fact Base Consulting

Major Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
• ACA qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and review general ledger accounts daily to ensure accurate accounting records and proper cost allocation.
• Prepare and review trial balances and financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial schedules and supporting documents.
• Reconcile SAP physical inventory records with financial ledgers and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise accounts receivable activities, including bill-wise receivables, customer balances and ageing analysis.
