Senior Accountant at Trucrete Solutions Limited

Trucrete Solutions Limited is a leading construction company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and provide strategic financial oversight to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, industry standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement effective internal control systems.
• Review and reconcile accounts, managing the general ledger and payroll functions.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction or oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising accounting teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
