Senior Accountant at Total Facilities Management Limited

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Management reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with tax planning and preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• ICAN, ACA/ACCA, certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is very important.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
