Senior Accountant at Terawork

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of all company’s account to assert accuracy of transactions
• Monitor incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
• Create and maintain company’s financial reports
• Liaise with the warehouse and operation’s team to ensure accurate and timely accounting of stocks.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and transport costs of goods
• Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
• Examining the proficiency of the software programs or methods used in organizing data
• Manage freights and reviews exchange rates according to the country’s law or company’s rules
• Preparing and submitting financial reports including weekly, monthly operating reports, financial statements, audit reports, inventory, and capital purchases.
• Process invoices, record payments, and expenses of the organization
• Management of Company taxes
• Preparation of monthly payroll and monthly issuance of pay slip to employees
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
• Maintain and record all financial transactions
• Developing & maintaining relationships with the Company’s bankers for transfers, withdrawals, and all other bank transactions
