Senior Accountant at Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely preparation of monthly financial reports
• Ensure cost control and proper allocation of cost to-cost centers
• Ensure monthly Inter group reconciliation of accounts are carried out Ensure compliance with statutory deductions
• Handle rubber sales accounts and prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts Follow up on a monthly basis balance in SAP Module
• Supervise job done by the accountant.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting with minimum of a second class lower plus ACA
• A minimum of 5 years post NYSC working experience in a similar position
• Must be versed in processing and reporting financial information
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• A good ICT skill and ability to use Accounting Software like SAP ERP
• Excellent team player.
