Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for multiple projects.
• Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT) and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification: ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum of 10 years of Accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
