Senior Accountant at Ayoola Foods Limited

Key Responsibili:es

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate Cinancial records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up outstanding customer balances.
• Manage accounts payable and supplier reconciliations.
• Monitor cash Clow and provide regular updates to management.
• Support stock reconciliation, inventory controls, and costing processes.
• Ensure timely Ciling of VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Assist with payroll processing. • Support external audit requirements.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Carry out other Cinance duties as assigned.

Qualifica:ons & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food processing, or distribution preferred.
• ICAN / ACA / ACCA qualiCication is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Good understanding of Nigerian tax compliance requirements.
