Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and ensure effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately using the company's accounting system.
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain sales records.
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payment schedules.
• Prepare payroll schedules and statutory documentation.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred or in progress.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
