    Senior Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various media.
    • Monitoring project progress, budget utilization, and client satisfaction to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
    • Identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Oversee the implementation of various communication plans within the business and with clients.
    • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
    • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing and new clients to drive company growth.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with the client.

    Requirements

    • Good to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in client service, media strategy, and Business development in an agency.
    • Proven track record of delivering excellence as a Senior Account Manager.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
