Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and protection.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of security measures and systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Train security staff on operational procedures, emergency response, and customer service standards.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing appropriate resolution.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations for reporting purposes.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in criminal justice or security management is a plus.
• Previous experience in security supervision or a related leadership role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and external agencies.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure or during emergency situations.
• Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
