Security Services Manager at Alpha Mead Group

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Security Services Manager to lead our security team.
• As a Security Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate and industrial security management, including physical security, personnel services, and electronic security systems
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks and threats
• Conduct security risk assessments of new and existing facilities and implement necessary measures to maintain the highest level of security
• Liaise and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to stay up-to-date on security trends and potential threats
• Lead the development of written procedures and post orders describing the operation of all physical security systems
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues and report regularly to the Executive Director about past, ongoing, and planned activities, and flag all existing or potential issues, with proposed solutions
• Train and develop security staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery and compliance with company and clients' standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate and industrial security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Prior experience at officer level in a government security agency may be an added advantage
• Exposure in the formal, organized private sector is also essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Familiarity with electronic security systems and physical security measures
• Ability to investigate and resolve security-related issues
