Responsiblities

Reporting:

• Documenting daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches in detailed reports for future reference and analysis.

Customer Service:

• Assisting visitors, providing directions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns to maintain a welcoming and safe environment.

Conflict Resolution:

• Handling disputes or disturbances calmly and effectively, ensuring that situations do not escalate and maintaining order.

Safety Inspections:

• Regularly inspecting safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and alarm systems, and ensuring that all security measures are functioning correctly.
