Security Personnel at Jordan Brooke Estates

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Security Personnel to manage the daily operations of our estate. This is a hands-on role that combines security oversight, basic maintenance, and ensuring smooth running of essential services.

Key Responsibilities

• Security & Access Control – Monitor and control gate operations, screen visitors, and ensure estate security.
• Estate Maintenance Oversight – Ensure water supply is properly pumped, check for leakages, and monitor power supply.
• Cleaning & Sanitation– Ensure the estate remains clean and well-maintained.
• General Facility Monitoring – Conduct routine checks on estate infrastructure and promptly report issues.

Requirements

• Education: OND/NCE qualification.
• Gender: Male (due to the physical nature of the job).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of handling security-related tasks.
• Security Conscious & Proactive: Must be alert, observant, and able to take initiative in managing estate operations.
• Experience in security, facility management, or estate maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance is a plus.
