Job Description

• We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and reliable Security Personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and company assets.
• The Security Personnel will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to security incidents professionally. Accommodation will be provided as part of the employment package.

Responsibilities

• Guard and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, gates, equipment, and perimeter.
• Report any unusual activity or security breaches promptly to the supervisor.
• Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms or security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
• Assist with crowd management during company events, if required.
• Maintain a clear record of daily activities in a security logbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Security or Management.

Requirements and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Professional certification (e.g., BSS/NIS/PSIRA) or relevant license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security operations (corporate or residential).
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
• Excellent alertness, observational skills, and integrity.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
