The Security manager shall organize and oversee all security operations of the project. All security personnel (armed and unarmed) shall be under his command and he will develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
He is expected to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills and a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety within the project sites. He shall be the first point of call on all security emergencies and he shall escalate information to management accordingly. He shall prepare a daily patrol and surveillance schedule to provide adequate coverage within the camp and work sites. His primary goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
The role is expected to shuttle between Port Harcourt and Bayelsa
