Formulate and implement the company’s security policies and procedures and contribute to the development of strategy for the Plants/Business Group.
Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
Promote security awareness amongst employees.
Engagement of competent security service providers.
Liaise with Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
Updates management on security issues.
Ensures security of FrieslandCampina WAMCO assets.
Conduct regular audits of departmental operations.
Responds to Internal and External Customer Security Concerns.
Investigate the loss of or damage to the Business property/ equipment.
Investigate any form of theft or violation within the Business operating environment.
Advise disciplinary and corrective actions for any act of misconduct and violations.
Determines employees’ training needs to produce continuous development plans.
Conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement.
