Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as needed.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining security protocols.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a security guard or similar position.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and perform patrols.
