As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect Ethnos Cyber Ltd. and its clients.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data and systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies, a proactive approach to threat mitigation, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage security architectures and controls to protect data, networks, and systems.
Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor systems and networks for security breaches or intrusions and respond to incidents promptly.
Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices in software development and system design.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Provide technical security guidance and training to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in information security, network security, or related roles.
