    Security Coordinator (Secretary)

    Job Summary

    The Security Coordinator (Secretary) provides critical administrative and operational support to the WTC Security Department. This role ensures effective coordination of security documentation, scheduling, communication, and record management, thereby enabling smooth and efficient functioning of the WTC’s security operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of security reports, incident logs, and daily activity sheets. 
    • Prepare, type, and distribute security correspondence, memos, and official communications. 
    • Manage filing systems (physical and electronic) for incident reports, access logs, and CCTV retrievals. 
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the Security Office. 
    • Assist the General Manager Security in coordinating duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave planning for security staff. 
    • Track and compile training records, certifications, and attendance for all security personnel. 
    • Support investigations by compiling documentation, CCTV footage logs, and witness statements. 
    • Assist in coordination with local authorities, emergency services, and contractors during security incidents. 
    • Ensure compliance with WTC policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements in all documentation. 
    • Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review (weekly, monthly). 
    • Monitor and update key control records, visitor logs, and contractor access registers. 
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive WTC and guest information.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or related field with strong IT skills.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in administrative or secretarial roles; experience in a corporate security environment is an advantage. Female applicants with related experience will be strongly considered.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
      • Basic knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting.
