Security Coordinator at Proforce Limited

Job Description

• We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Security Coordinator in the Security Department in our plant in Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities
It will include, but are not limited to the following:

• To complement the role of the Chief Security Officer by monitoring and supervising the night operations of the contract security guards.
• To ensure that company security standard operating procedures are strictly applied by the guards.
• To parade, inspect, brief and post the operatives to their various duty points/beats.
• Prepare weekly and monthly posting schedule for guards.
• Interface and liaise with the armed government security agents/soldiers for protection duties in the facility.
• To enforce company lawful rules and regulations.
• Act as intelligent agent to collect vital security information that will aid company management decisions.
• To act and respond to security emergencies with dispatch.
• Maintain and keep track of company security architectures and working tools.
• Keep record and report of nightsecurity activities within and around the facility.
• Report all night security activities to the Chief Security Officer/HOO/GMD

Qualification / Experience

• Minimum of HND / BSc from a reputable institution of learning.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in security related industry, military or para-military background.
• Training & Certification in Industrial Security is added advantage.
• High level of integrity & commitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Sound surveillance and detective skills.
