Job Description

• Coodinate general security operations of McDonSecurity.
• Visit all locations assigned to you on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the locations are being manned by the right number of operatives.
• Ensure that all operatives assigned to your location are trained,vetted and documented.
• Supervise the operatives by visiting their locations and calling them on their cug lines on a daily basis.
• Attend to all issues that may have been flagged by the controllers or that may come up in your location within the shortest time possible.
• Endeavour to fill up short legs within 24 hours.
• Interface with client or clients representatives and strive to attend to their queries and concerns.
• Any other business may be assigned by your supervisor.
